Setup is Sunday, Sep 29, from 9-11 AM at the Orchid Ballroom D&E.

*The Resorts World property contains (3) three hotel brands. WGC24 is at Conrad.
Valet service and rideshare pickup are at the south entrance on Goh Tong Way.
Schedule delivery of your shipments for Friday, 9/28/2024 (Drayage and/or FedEx) and provide the details to Suzi Waltos at suzi.waltos@rwlasvegas.com. Provide her with the tracking number so they can verify that all boxes are accounted for.
For your added convenience, she will be able to pre-schedule the delivery to your exhibit area. You will need to be present upon this delivery.
Your space is in a carpeted ballroom with a 6’ table and two chairs. One electrical outlet is included.
Your company will be listed in your space in the ballroom.
The floor plan will be released after Sep 4, 2024. However, we will contact you to confirm any special requests you have submitted before that time.
An outlet will be provided for each space. If you have a special request, please contact us.
