Streamline Your Deliveries: How to Navigate Resorts World's Loading Dock

For those delivering to Resorts World via truck, you’ll want to come in through our loading dock. See the attached BOH Loading Dock Guide which has maps. You’ll want elevator S64-65 which will take you to Level 2, Meeting/Convention space.

Please return both the vendor form & the Loading Dock form so we can setup credentialing the sprinter van & your team for BOH (Back of House) access. This will need to be done for both delivery & pickup for our Security team.

Here’s some quick info on Loading Dock Access:

Loading Dock Operating Hours:

Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Staffing and Access:

The loading dock is staffed during the above operating hours.
The dock is accessible to vendors 24 hours a day.
To ensure access outside of staffed hours, vendors must complete and submit a Loading Dock Accessa Form at least 24 hours in advance.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:

There is no overnight parking allowed.
Vehicles must not be left unattended during load in or load out.

Bay Assignment:

Each bay at the loading dock is specifically assigned to vendors to ensure the timely and efficient load in and out of items.

Attachments:

Loading Dock Guide – this will provide directions and information regarding our loading dock
Loading Dock Access Form – I need this completed and sent back to me at least 48 hours prior to arrival to assign you a bay
Vendor List – I need this completed and sent back to me at least 48 hours prior to arrival so that you and your team can get access to back-of-house
